Air Conditioner:
Avoid excess humidity by keeping doors closed. Instructions for your HVAC system are provided in your Owners Packet
  • Some units were in Fan only and Auto mode, vs just heat or cool. This can sometimes cause confusion for tenants when they expect their unit to just always cool. Leave all units in cool mode only
  • Some owners have mentioned their unit is experiencing higher humidity. If they put their unit in AC overcool max, they can then select their preferred humidity level. Here is a link you can share: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CcnGqkMWMns One step this video does not share is the humidity % selection – this will be done on the once they are back to the home screen. They will select the snowflake at the top – normally this allows you to select your mode (heat, cool, auto, fan only) but once they follow the steps in the video and put the unit in AC overcool max, they will now see an added selection, which should read humidity. If they select that, it will allow them to select their preferred humidity level.
